In the morning on my way to school, I really enjoy listening to the talk shows. They had music trivia one morning and they chose the song Keep Holding On by Avril Lavigne. The first verse goes, "You're not alone, together we stand. I'll be by your side, you know I'll take your hand. When it gets cold and it feels like the end, there's no place to go, you know I won't give in. Keep holding on because you know we'll make it through. Just stay strong." While listening to this, I broke down in my car. It was as if God was reassuring me that it's going to be ok. Even though this song isn't intended to be a song you hear on Christian radio, it was the exact thing I needed to hear. It was definitely the reassurance I needed to get through the day.
